Let Me Feed You ("LMFY", "the service") is operated by Box of Clicks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06806922, VAT number GB946444891).

By using LMFY you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

LMFY is a tool for organising dinner events. Hosts create events, share a link with guests, and guests can RSVP, share dietary preferences, and claim dishes. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Accounts

You can use LMFY without an account. Creating an account lets you manage events across devices and access additional features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Pricing

LMFY is currently free to use with no limits. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, existing functionality will remain available under reasonable terms, and we will give advance notice of any changes.

4. Allergen and dietary information

LMFY is not a medical or food safety tool. The allergen checking feature uses AI to estimate likely ingredients in dishes and flags potential conflicts with guests' stated allergies and dietary preferences. This is provided as a convenience only.

• Ingredient estimates may be incomplete or incorrect.
• Guests may not have listed all their allergies or dietary needs.
• The absence of a warning does not mean a dish is safe for someone.

Always confirm ingredients directly with your guests, especially for serious or life-threatening allergies. Box of Clicks Ltd accepts no liability for allergic reactions, illness, or injury arising from reliance on the information provided by LMFY.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you add to LMFY (event names, dish names, comments, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service.

You must not use LMFY to share illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LMFY available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Box of Clicks Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LMFY. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using LMFY at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms. We may also close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, with notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
